Cancellation Policy

At Mingora Attire, we understand that sometimes plans change. To make the process simple, here is our cancellation policy:


Order Cancellation by Customers

  1. Before Shipment:

    • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
    • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
  2. After Shipment:

    • Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. However, you may follow our return policy after receiving the order.

Order Cancellation by Mingora Attire

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • If the item is out of stock or discontinued.
  • If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect.
  • If payment is flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.

In such cases, we will notify you promptly, and a full refund will be processed.


Refunds for Cancellations

  • Refunds for canceled orders (eligible under the terms above) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after receiving your bank details.

How to Cancel an Order
